Experience

● Experience in creating oil, acrylic, and watercolor paintings for 10 years

● Experience leading group projects during the duration of completing educational degree, and after

● Experience in creating social artistic hangouts that develop community and encourage/ spread artistic knowledge

● Designed an innovative house style art show in the yard of another professional artist during the summer of the covid pandemic that successfully practiced social distancing while bringing community together

● Experience planning and coordinating multiple exhibitions for different first Friday events and periodic pop up shows, spreading opportunity for other artists who need help getting established - started in 2017 and and still pursuing this

● Collaboration experience with other artists on works of art

● Experience in balancing an overly full schedule of going to school and working as a fine dining waitress downtown full time while being an active and social participant of the art community. I have now transitioned into balancing an overly full schedule of participating in art events, shows, and curation of them, in addition to creating my own art 40+ hours a week, while serving in a restaurant 30-40 hours a week.

Skills

● Ten years of painting experience (5 years of collegiate level painting experience)

● Knowledge of how to set up and market shows and pop up events

● Initiative and willingness to work independently as well as in a group environment and collaborate

● Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks at once all while communicating and leading efficiently with co workers and Guests from 10+ years of working in a restaurant, 7 years being fine dining.

● Professional eye for composition, design, color and color coordination, and visual appeal

● Efficient and professional organizational and communication skills, as well as writing skills

● Proficiency with transporting, handling, and delivering artwork safely

● Proficiency with installing many different forms of artwork in many different settings

● Passion for the arts, being innovative, and being creative

● Ability to prepare sketches and rough paintings/drawings for clients

● Basic photography knowledge

● Basic knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and procreate

● Strong attention to detail

● Extensive knowledge in art history

● Capability to work well in a team environment
